Audition Notice: The Little Prince

afO is pleased to announce auditions for their 2022-2023 season opener, The Little Prince, a well-known tale by Antoine de Saint-Exupery, adapted by Rick Cummins and John Scoullar.

This play tells the story of a world-weary man whose sputtering plane strands him in the desert, and a mysterious, regal “little man” who appears and asks him to “…draw me a sheep.” The two adventure together as the Prince tells about his adventures through the galaxy. The insights he gains from those he meets is shared with the man: “It is only with the heart that one can see rightly.”

PLEASE NOTE: Rehearsals will begin August 1st, and continue on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays from 6:30 – 9:00 PM. Tech week is Sept 5-8 & pick-up rehearsal on Sep 15. Performances are Sept 9-18 (Fri, Sat, & Sun) in the PPG ArtsLab. All conflicts should be noted on the audition form.
